Big Outing

Today I visited a neighbor, Bev, at her house. It was great to get out. Trust me, it was a safe place. She has not been around anyone sick, no kids, no pets, and an impeccable housekeeper. What fun to get out of my house! Not kidding!

Some other neighbors went up to the Northside and donated plateletes. Thank you Janna, Jill and Glenda. You rock! Special shout out to Jim, their driver. He had a little too much international flying to be a candidate for platelet donation. Still, driving in the city is a unique skill and very much appreciated.

I have to say, we have had some health troubles in the neighborhood. Don, Ron, and now Kim. Sheesh!

It's a sprain, but it will put her out of work about 2 weeks. Poor baby. I hope she doesn't go too stir crazy. It can happen, I hear.... One word: Pinterest.

In other news, Linda was able to find the ice cream Kent could not. Yes! We will make short work of this half gallon.

More Fall/Halloween fun. Thanks Aunt Pat!

Maybe some baking will be in my near future so I can use the potholder from Mom. Thanks, Mom!

Although I didn't do much crafting today, there is always tomorrow!
